Just thought I'd let you know I treated myself to one of Judy's wraps last night - best thing I've done for ages, not only lost 14" but was Soooooooooo relaxing I slept like a baby all night. Girls, I so STRONGLY recommend you pamper yourself at least once!!!

I've always been interested in a natural/organic lifestyle, and "You" is a real gem of a find. Judy is always friendly and welcoming, and is hugely knowledgeable about the products and treatments. I can recommend the Caudalie, Ren and Green People ranges. I'm also a convert to the Bare Escentuals Mineral makeup - easy to apply, stays put, looks natural, and doesn't clog up my skin. I booked in for one of their free demos, and was shown how to apply it properly, advised on colours, etc. With regard to the treatments available, i really look forward to my monthly facial with Katie. She has also helped ease my nagging stiff neck and shoulders (with her excellent back & shoulder massage) In summary - "You" is highly recommended!

Having had problem skin off and on for many years and I now pleased to say my skin is clear. Having spoken to several beauticians and skin specialists over the years nobody pointed out it could be the skin products I was using until I went to see You. I was advised that my skin is sensitive and therefore an organic, perfume free product will be much more gentle and within 3-4 weeks my skin was clear and still is (well apart from the occasional pimple) 6 months later. I also got married last year and didn’t want the expense of paying for a make up artist so I had a makeover at the shop before hand and was shown which products would suit my colouring and shown how to use them and I was very impressed. I don’t normally feel compelled to right reviews but thought I should share my experience with You so if other people have the same problems with spots then at least they can see if using their products will help them in the same way that it has helped me
