PRICE All prices quoted include VAT When placing your order, our secure server software provided by Protx encrypts all sensitive information before it is passed on to us.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Once you have placed an order you will receive an email (to the email address provided at our checkout), providing you with a short summary of what you have ordered. If you do not receive this email, it may mean that the email address you have entered was incorrect, the email account cannot be reached or the order was not successfully received. SUPPLY We aim to ensure that all products displayed on our web site are in stock and available for dispatch. On a rare occasion when a particular line may be out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can either wait until we receive our deliveries or alternatively you will be offered a full refund.
DELIVERY INFORMATION We deliver worldwide. We generally dispatch over 95% of orders the same or next day. Please allow extra time for any orders placed over the weekend and Bank holidays. All of our products are sent using Royal Mail First Class delivery, which typically takes 1-5 working days in the UK. If the parcel gets sent back to us because you did not contact Royal Mail, a delivery charge of £3.00 per first item and £1 for each additional item will be charged for redelivery. We use the following delivery options: Royal Mail First Class delivery is charged from £3.75 for the UK. Ownership of the goods will be passed to you once www.youisforyou.com have been fully paid. www.youisforyou.com will not be liable for any delays caused by a third party.
RETURNS Unfortunately for health and safety/ hygiene reasons; we are not able to replace or refund any items if they have been opened or the seals been tampered with.To request a refund, please email us on you-for-you@zen.co.uk and we will process your request as soon as possible. If wish to return any goods within 7 days of receipt, we will offer you a full refund. The refund will not include the cost of returning the item, unless the goods are faulty.
